First and foremost, our construction team is our family. Literally, we are a family owned and operated construction company. We combine over 40 years of construction and customer service industry experience to deliver results that are valuable to our clients. We are trained in quality control, project management, and safety to ensure professional performance by each member of our team.

PEDRO ARGUETA

Vice President / Construction

Pedro Argueta is our Chief Construction Officer. He is in charge of the execution of our projects, and manages our field operations. Pedro coordinates our estimating and construction teams as well as our risk management and quality control initiatives.

Pedro has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently he led our company’s projects at the National Security Agency, Fort George G. Meade Army base, Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority and the General Services Administration. Previously he coordinated several large commercial and public contracts, including the renovation of the Maryland State House, and the construction of the MGM Resort & Casino and the Gaylord Convention Center in the National Harbor in MD. Pedro has experience in coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment handling, scheduling and codes and safety compliance. Pedro’s credentials include the VA Board for Contractors, OSHA , Quality Control, and Blueprint Reading Certifications.

Julia Argueta

President / Administration

Julia Argueta is our President and Chief Administrative Officer. Julia is in charge of the daily administrative activities and oversees the human resources, asset management, and procurement departments.

Julia has more than 15 years of experience in the service industry and has managed various aspects of the operations of multiple food and beverage establishments. Most recently, Julia managed the food and beverage operations of local retirement home Goodwin House. Julia also managed the operations of Eurest Dining, a division of $24.6 billion market cap English Compass Group, at the National Institute of Health and the U.S. Census Bureau in Bethesda and Suitland, MD, respectively.

Cesar Argueta

Vice President / Construction

Cesar Argueta is our Chief Financial Officer and our Business Development Coordinator. He oversees our accounting, marketing, information technology and design departments.

Cesar has experience in the financial compliance sector of the real estate industry. Most recently he worked in the Internal Audit department of AvalonBay, Inc. where he executed financial and operational audits of large residential construction and development projects. Cesar has experience in SOX section 404 compliance.

Cesar obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from George Mason University, and his Associate’s Degree of Science in Business Management from Northern Virginia Community College. He is OSHA-30 and Covid-19 Tracing certified.
