OUR SERVICES
BROAD CAPABILITIES
We do residential and commercial projects. For our residential customers we offer design-build general contracting services, and we focus on division 9 work for our commercial and government customers. We do bath and kitchen remodels, additions, basement finishing, hardscape patios, decks and home offices. We specialize in walls and ceilings. In particular, we do light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall installation and finishing, paint, acoustic ceilings, ceramic tiling, and rough carpentry.

We are also trained in building codes, project management, quality control and construction safety. We put great emphasis on safety. We have OSHA and Covid-19 tracing protocols certificate.

SOME OF OUR LATEST WORK
Our past government clients include the NSA, GSA, VA, WMATA, and the Army Corps of Engineers. We have also performed commercial projects for American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Union Station, and Gymboree at Tysons Corner Galleria.
Recently, for our residential clients we have performed projects such as Additions, Kitchen and Bath remodels, basement finishing, and home office and hardscape patio construction.
Our 3D design portfolio includes the design and rendering of bathrooms, investment properties, commercial & home offices, restaurants, and patios.

RESIDENTIAL
We offer value added services to our residential customers. We seek to serve customers who are looking to remodel their kitchen, bathroom, or basement, build new additions, home offices, decks or hardscape patios, or simply add a fresh coat of paint to their homes. We offer free 3D design and rendering services to visualize project.
3d design & rendering
We leverage modern technology to visualize projects in 3D to offer our customers an insight into the end result of their construction project. Our 3D design and rendering services provide us the opportunity to increase the value creation process by allowing us to identify cost saving opportunities and to establish a more accurate budget and timeline for the project. We design beautiful spaces customized to the client’s goals, objectives and budget and provide realistic 3D renders and animations as part of our process.
COMMERCIAL & government
A&ACG partners with the general contractor for large commercial and institutional projects. We specialize in division 9 work, in particular light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings and paint. We also do rough carpentry and install doors, hardware and bathroom accessories.
